Located at 9, rue Sainte-Thérèse in the center of Quimper and a stone’s throw from Saint-Corentin cathedral, the Frugy creperie has been perpetuating the recipes of Lower Breton sarrasin crepes (Finistère) for more than 40 years. The Frugy creperie has become an essential stopover. Its secret: four different pasta recipes, an ancestral galette recipe, a variant of the sarrasin crepe that mixes several flours, including wheat.
